RSH correspondence to DOE and GAO

DOE Fraud:
Sec. Richardson and DOE Inspector General, Feb. 1, 2000, on the fraud of claiming that AEC/DOE workers are being killed by radiation

DOE Inspector General, April 8, 2000, on DOE's failure  to respond to the Feb. 1, 2000 letter claiming DOE fraud

GAO Report Misleads Congress:
RSH letter to Sen. Domenici, Nov. 3, 2000.
Advises that the June 30,2000 GAO 'Radiation Standards' Report is Misleading

RSH Statement to Senator Domenici, Nov. 3, 2000. Alleges DOE misrepresents Nuclear Shipyard Worker Study (NSWS) results, and GAO knowlingly accepted this false representation; that GAO did not assess these allegations, in this study that expended $10 Million by 1987, was intentionally not published, with reports of results falsified; that DOE continued the contract to the Principle Investigator since 1994, has continued to fail to report results; and that these strong results are suppressed in assessments of nuclear worker health effects that are applied to misrepresent occupational radiation health effects data to fabricate adverse health effects in nuclear workers, at costs of $100s Billions.
